There will be a moment, far ahead in time,
My hopeful self will entrench itself in thoughts sublime.
The daydreams would stop, and life would begin anew.
Minus the stab of wishful thinking, in a field with leaves moist with dew.
The sun is not up yet, but the tinge in the sky sets me free
And life’s philosophy hasn’t plagued me
Well, not yet. It’ll catch up with me when the day is done.
But when the day dawns tomorrow, all is won.
Clarity, be my friend and companion,
Time, be my ally and let my imagination aim for wanton.
Today, tomorrow and always.
